醫療影像疾病偵測輔助系統

慢性病風險模型建置

根據WHO全球死亡原因調查，約有70%的人死因來自慢性病。目前全球亞健康狀態人群占總人口75%，若無得宜控制，亞健康逐漸變成慢性病，慢性病為重要之健康殺手。過去 50 年發展的健康風險評估模式目的在提高民眾對自己罹病率的瞭解，最早的 Framingham score 1（FRS）建立以後，一直修正沿用至今。這個分數是以年齡、性別、總膽固醇、高密度膽固醇（HDL-C）、收縮壓（SBP）、及吸菸與否來預測 10 年罹患心臟病（CHD）的機率，然而根據研究發現這個模式用在男性是合適的，但會高估女性的風險，不同國家族群也會有不同的風險程度。如何提供健康促進服務及如何預測罹病風險進行自我健康管理將是重要課題。
