丁香性辛、溫。主治溫中降逆、補腎助陽。用於脾胃虛寒、呃逆嘔吐、食少吐瀉、心腹冷痛、腎虛陽痿、脘腹冷痛、腰膝酸冷、陰疽等症。

木香性辛味辛、苦、溫。主治行氣止痛、健脾消食。 用於胸脘脹痛、瀉痢後重、食積不消、不思飲食、泄瀉腹痛。

血竭性味甘、鹹、平、小毒。主治祛瘀定痛、止血生肌。 用於跌撲折損、內傷瘀痛、外傷出血不止。

性苦澀、涼、無毒。主治收濕斂瘡、止血定痛、清熱化痰。主瘡瘍、久潰不斂、濕瘡流水、牙疳、口瘡、咯血、吐血、尿血、便血、血崩、外傷出血、痔瘡癰腫、痰熱咳嗽。

大黃性苦寒、主治瀉熱通腸、涼血解毒、逐瘀通經。常用於治療實熱便秘、積滯腹痛、濕熱黃疸、血熱吐衄、目赤、咽腫、腸癰腹痛、癰腫疔瘡、瘀血經閉、跌打損傷。

紅花性味辛、溫。主治活血通經、散瘀止痛。 用於經閉、痛經、惡露不行、症瘕痞塊、跌撲損傷、瘡瘍腫痛。產後瘀阻腹痛、關節疼痛、中風偏竣、斑疹。

當歸性味甘辛、苦、溫。主治補血、活血、調經止痛、潤燥滑腸。用於血虛諸證、月經不調、經閉、痛經、症瘕結聚、崩漏、虛寒腹痛、痿痹、肌膚麻木、腸燥便難、赤痢後重、癰疽瘡瘍、跌撲損傷等症。

蓮子性甘、澀、平。主治養心、益腎、補脾、澀腸、止瀉、益腎固精、養心安神。治夜寐多夢、淋濁、久痢、虛瀉、婦人崩漏帶下、脾虛久瀉、腎虛遺精、滑泄、小便不禁、心神不寧、驚悸等症。

茯苓性甘、淡、平。主治滲濕利水;健脾和胃;寧心安神。用於水腫尿少、水腫脹滿、痰飲眩悸、脾虛食少、便溏泄瀉、心悸不安、失眠健忘、痰飲咳逆、嘔吐、脾虛食少、遺精白濁等症。

白芍性苦、酸、微寒。主治平肝止痛、斂陰止汗、養血和營。治療月經不調、經行腹痛、崩漏、自汗、盜汗、脅肋脘腹疼痛、四肢攣痛、頭痛、眩暈等症。

牡丹皮性辛苦、涼、微寒。主治清熱涼血、活血化瘀。 用於溫毒發斑、吐血衄血、夜熱早涼、無汗骨蒸、經閉痛經、癰腫瘡毒、跌撲傷痛。

甘草性甘、平。主治補脾益氣、清熱解毒、祛痰止咳、緩急止痛、調和諸藥。用於脾胃虛弱、倦怠乏力、心悸氣短、咳嗽痰多、四肢攣急疼痛、癰腫瘡毒、緩解藥物毒性、烈性。
