脈 輪 清理

脈輪清理

因為經常有朋友問及脈輪清理的方式，所以我想把自己的一些經驗與心得在這兒跟大家分享一下，或能拋磚引玉，會有朋友也願意來交流一些經驗想法。

脈輪的清理的方式有四種: (一) 意念觀想 (二) 用手 (三) 用音頻 (四) 用水晶礦石的協助(五)EFT療法

當我們做能量治療的時候，可以運用水晶礦石的不同屬性以及顏色對應，置於相應的脈輪位置上，以便清理脈輪中的能量雜質，平常我們在身上(如腰部、胸前或頸下) 配戴水晶礦石也是一樣有效果的。

我每天靜坐的時候，則是會用手來潔淨每個脈輪，作法是: 用手指(五指放鬆微微併攏) ，從最下方的海底輪開始，依序而上、性輪、臍輪、胸輪、喉輪、眉心輪、頂輪，在離身體大約 十公分 的上方，先是逆時鐘旋轉(清理)20次，其次順時鐘旋轉(補充能量)39次，不是40而是39的原因是為了要補充陽的能量，故用陽數39。

但有個問題，就是怎樣是順時鐘怎樣是逆? 以身體為鐘面，假想時鐘擺在你身上的順與逆就對了。

還有另外一個要注意的就是男生在清理到頂輪的時候，最後這個頂輪要順逆顛倒! 也就是說，對男生而言，頂輪是先順時鐘清理、再逆時鐘補足，女生則沒有這個問題，從底到頂都是一樣。

用手的潔淨完畢後，我會再用觀想的從海底輪開始，觀想一個潔淨發亮的紅色光球快樂的旋轉著，然後是性輪，觀想一個潔淨發亮的橘色光球快樂的旋轉著、依序而上，做這個動作時的重點是，要注意觀想顏色，依序是紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、靛、紫，並且七個脈輪要平衡，也就是要是一樣的大小，脈輪的均衡發展是個很重要的觀念。另外我這個時候也會用雙手做握球狀，置於脈輪所在處，有助於集中能量與意念。

一開始的時候，也許感覺很難想像出脈輪的球形，更別說發不發亮了，但是隨著練習、漸漸的就會發現能夠感覺到脈輪球形的大小及光澤了，通常會越來越大、越亮。但是還是那句老話，不是大就好，要均衡才好。

至於音頻的治療方式就很簡單了，可以自己唱誦對應於各脈輪的音階及母音，所以也稱為母音唱誦法。另外就是每天上網的時候，我就開個網頁將部落格裡貼的音頻從海底輪的147HZ 開始，依序聽完，沒時間時就聽瘦身版，也不過六分鐘而已。

音頻治療剛開始聽的時候，比較敏感的人可能會覺得胃部或胸部些微不適，悶悶的或是有些噁心感，甚或是清理到頭部時，會有漲感或輕微疼痛，其實這是清理的過程，漸漸就會消失，但是如果真的不舒服，千萬不要勉強，請立刻停止。

至於EFT療法的清脈輪的步驟較為複雜，改天我再將EFT做個較詳細的介紹。

所以建議一切緩步漸進，切勿操之過急，以我經驗，理想的狀態是最好都是七個脈輪一次都清理，比較容易保持平衡，而且盡量依序從下往上。

正文：I begin by going through each of charkas from the Earth/foot chakra up. In each chakra, I will describe what the chakra looks like, what I see in it to be cleared and healed, any past life or present life details, and what actions I took to accomplish the clearing and healing.

The foot chakra is very strong and anchored deeply into the planet. Your chakra at this foot area is very strong and healthy. No work needs to be done here.地球脉轮/足轮

This chakra is very small and underactive. It is approximately 25% of the size that it should be. The energy in this chakra is grey and cloudy instead of bright red and vibrant. This is caused by both past life and present life beliefs regarding sexual energy and romantic connection with a relationship partner. Many lifetimes ago, there was a very traumatic experience for you, where as a man you were forced to become a Eunuch, and you had your sexual organs removed. This caused deep anger within you, and feelings of extreme powerlessness. You were very angry at the person who did this to you, but because they were the Emperor of the region, you could not act out your vengeance against him. In that lifetime, you made a choice that you would never allow anyone to see you as weak, vulnerable, or effeminate in any way. You did not have those characteristics in your nature anyway, but you felt that was how other people judged you because of you being a Eunuch. You also judged emotions of love to be a weakness, and you made a vow to yourself that no one would ever se you as being vulnerable again for all of entirety. This vow extended through all of your lifetimes. The issue is that without vulnerability, you cannot form a connection of trust with another person. It is impossible for you to do everything yourself. Everyone needs to learn to trust, whether that be trusting in a business partner, or a relationship partner. You are making good progress learning about trust in your lifetime now, but it has been a very challenging area to learn in. Another piece of helpful information is that in your present lifetime, you were taught to be negatively judgmental of sexual energy, and you hold guilt and shame surrounding this topic. All adults are meant to feel sexual energy in some way, it is a normal part of life. Now, I will work on clearing the energy of this chakra… Ok, I have taken your scroll with the vow on it from the Akashic Record, and sliced through it with a sword. That past life vow is no longer active. I have also now opened up the chakra more to encourage it to grow to its normal size. I have spun the energy of the chakra faster, and this will help to break apart the guilt and shame to release it from the chakra area. This release can continue for up to 5 days after this clearing.

 问题是，如果没有脆弱性【1】，你就无法和他人形成信任的连接。你自己一个人不可能做所有的事情。每一个人都需要学会信任，不管是信任一个商业伙伴还是一个亲密关系伴侣。你在你现在的这一生中，有关学习信任方面，你取得了巨大进步，但是这一直是一个非常难的学习领域。

 另外一个有帮助的信息是，在你这一世，你被教导负面地评判性能量，在这个主题上，你保留着内疚和羞耻感。所有的成年人都有意要以某种方式感觉性能量，这是生活的一个正常部分。

 现在，我在清理这个脉轮的能量。

 我已经将写有这个誓言的卷轴从阿卡西记录中拿走，用一把剑将它刺穿。这个前世的誓言已经不再有效了。我现在也把脉轮更加打开来支持它成长到其正常大小。我已经使这个脉轮的能量旋转得更快，这会帮助打破愧疚感和耻辱感以使它从脉轮区域释放。这释放（过程）可能会在清理之后持续多达5天。

Belly Button (included old sacral and solar plexus chakras)
(I worked on this after the Universal Love chakra.) There is a good flow of the energy her, the size and placement are correct. The coloring of this chakra is not correct though. There are dots of heavy energy mixed through the Belly Button chakra. These are small pieces of unworthiness left over from the merging of the solar plexus and sacral chakras into this belly button chakra. This unworthiness is from the Eunuch lifetime, as well as the Monk lifetime from the Universal Love chakra write-up. I adjusted this chakra to a faster spin, in order release all of these pieces of unworthiness. You could potentially feel a need to cough or sneeze to release this energy from near the abdominal muscles. The color is now a brighter and more solid golden light color, as it should be.肚脐轮（包括旧的脐轮和太阳神经丛脉轮）

The hands chakra is very strong and healthy. It has correct color, placement and energy flow, both when the hands are placed together, and when they are separate. No work needs to be done here.手轮

This chakra has two spirals of energy instead of one. They are each flowing at 50% capacity, but instead should be one spiral at 100% capacity. One of the spirals goes forward, out the the world, as it should do. The other spiral flows off to the left side of the body. This split in the Universal Love Center is caused by a deep past life energy where you felt unworthy of the Love of Source/God. You were always concerned about how your actions and thoughts will impact your karma, and even how they will affect others. This is a healthy concern, but only when in balance. Because of past life experiences, you are so worried about angering God or not feeling good enough to receive God’s blessings, or that you haven’t done enough to make your ancestors happy, and so forth. The source of the split in the chakra is from a past life experience when you were a Monk. You lived in a monetary where the rules were stricter than most other monasteries. This monetary was very isolated in the mountains of Europe, and was a form of Christianity that has now disappeared. It was thought in this expression of Christianity that one needed to make oneself suffer in order to be closer to God. This was not a belief system based on truth, and yet in the monetary it was treated as though it was the law of God. Every day you were concerned that you were not suffering enough, you felt that you were not worthy of the love of God, and you would even physically hurt yourself in order to prove your loyalty and to show your adherence to the religious doctrine. I will now heal and repair this chakra…I pulled the left portion of the spiral to merge with the forward portion, starting from the part of the chakra closest to the body first. As I wrapped these two portions together, there was some resistance in merging them at first. I did a second round of connecting them together, and this was successful. Then, I worked to position the chakras so it was centered and not positioned on the left side.宇宙之爱脉轮（在中心取代了心轮）

Spiritual Communication chakra (upgraded throat chakra at throat center)
The Spiritual Communication chakra is functioning properly. It is in a growth phase in many people on Earth right now, and it is expanding correctly within you. The color, placement and energy flow all look healthy and in alignment with this growth phase. No work needs to be done here.灵性通讯脉轮（由喉部中心的喉轮升级而来）

(I worked on this after the Ultimate Being chakra) The third eye chakra has a very nice color and proper flow, however it is anchored in front of the chakra area, and not fully connected to the physical body. Instead, it connects at layer 2 of the aura. The aura has seven layers, plus the physical body. This disconnect was caused by the disfunction at the crown center. Now, that the disfunction in that area is addressed, this can be healed. This area has a shield blocking the flow. The energy wants to expand below the shield, but the shield is blocking the energy from reaching up to connect with Source. The flow of the chakra itself is actually very good, however this shield is what is causing you the issues with head swelling or headaches when you are doing meditation. This shield was placed in your energy field many lifetimes ago by a negative energy being. That negative energy being has no power over you and no power on the planet anymore. It can no longer harm you. The energy being has been banished from Earth, and it is safe to remove this shield. The reason why this being placed the shield there was to attempt to control your thoughts and actions. It was a past life at the time of Atlantis, and the negative energy being was directing you to do scientific experimentation on other humans. You were very upset about being forced to do this work, and so this is when this shield was implanted in your energy. This shield prevented you from feeling any connection to Source in that life, and also prevented you from feeling empathy toward the people you were experimenting on. You were 100% controlled by these negative beings, so you did not create any negative karma, because your actions were not your own. I will work on removing the shield now…First I hit it with sounds waves to crack it apart. Then, it begin to allow more of the crown energy through. Next, I pushed the shield off to the side. Underneath the shield was a multi-dimensional energy field that accompanied it. This took some further directed sound waves, and I asked for AA Michael to assist in its removal. We pulled this energy field back, like peeling off adhesive tape, and it brought all layers of this out. AA Michael took it away. You may feel a headache for today and tomorrow. The crown area will gently adjust to having unrestricted energy flow, it will take about 5 days in total to feel the full effects.终极存在脉轮（从头顶中心的顶轮升级而来）

 你也许今天或者明天会感觉头疼。顶轮区域将温和地调整拥有更多的不受限制的能量流，这会总共需要大约5天时间来感觉到全部效果。

在西雅图靠海边的小镇上，也有类似专门出售海鲜的小店。这种小店就在海边，渔民补上来的海鲜稍作加工就可以放进去，很方便。小店里放有许多冰柜，里面放着包装好的海鲜，如鱼、虾、螃蟹、鲜贝、生蚝，每一袋上都标了价格，但是，店里没有营业员。住在附近的居民有需要的时候，就可以到店里去拿几袋海鲜，然后自觉把钱放在投币箱里，走人。这时如果你拿了三袋，但只付了两袋的钱，或者一分钱也不付，也没有人管你，全凭自觉。店主用这样的方式显示了自己对顾客的极大信任，而顾客自由用行动回报信任，才有可能使这种“荣誉系统”的运作方式持续下去。信任的建立来自双方的努力。首先是一方愿意使自己在有许多不确定因素的情况下变得“脆弱（vulnerable）”，愿意冒“被欺骗”的风险；然后，就是另一方在有机可乘的时候不占对方的便宜，不辜负对方的信任。
