入住須知

1. 入住/退房時間

入住時間為下午 3 點至 6 點，若逾時可提早來電告知；退房時間：上午 11 點前。

12 歲以上孩童以成人計算，需收取加床費用 1,000 元/人（含單人床墊、枕頭棉被、早餐及盥洗備品組）；為維持住宿品質，每房限加一床。但「熊甜蜜雙人房」由於空間有限，為提供舒適住宿品質，恕無提供加床服務，敬請見諒。

3.

房間內提供浴巾、毛巾、沐浴用品；但為了響應環保，歡迎您自備個人盥洗用具。

4.

為求住宿舒適度與品質，除加床外，不接受超住基本人數之訂房。如有超住（包含入住後另外增加人數），有熊的森林有權拒絕入住，敬請配合。

5. 加棉被說明

各房型每床均提供雙人被，為因應季節變化及提高住客睡眠品質，有熊的森林提供每床可免費加 1 條單人被，故四人房可免費加2條單人被，雙人房可免費加 1 條單人被；如需求更多加被數量，則每被酌收 300 元服務費。

 7. 特別餐膳

若欲特殊餐食之需求，如：素食者、不吃奶…等，請務必事先告知，以利為您調整。

本場所嚴禁烤肉、烹飪、酗酒喧嘩、嗑藥、賭博、煙火施放；並禁止使用非客房配置之任何電器用品及瓦斯器具，以免發生危險。

房門前設有木階梯，若有長者、小朋友或行動不方便者，建議更換其他房型；造成不便，敬請見諒。

15. 熊幸福閣樓雙人房

16. 熊大雙臥室四人房

僅提供一組衛浴設備及開放式露天風呂，較適合家庭成員入住；建議您預訂前請先斟酌本房型是否符合您的訂房需求。

即日起，有熊的森林 Villa 線上訂房系統於每月 1 日開放後續 3 個月份的訂房日期（例如：1/1 起開放至 4/30 的訂房；9/1 起開放至 12/31 的訂房）。

為確保服務品質，訂房時請務必確認住宿人數！本館以入住人數計費，以避免現場爭議，謝謝您的合作。

有熊的森林訂房之訂金規則如下所示：

房間數量1間：房間訂金(含加床)=總價30%

房間數量2間(含)以上：房間訂金(含加床)=總價50%

4.

線上訂房系統每次最多僅能訂購房間數 3 間，且最多只可連續訂購 3 日。如所需房數及天數超過系統限制，請洽詢訂房專線 03-8651598，將由專人為您服務。

 5-1. 訂房手續

在您完成訂房後，請您確認手機是否收到系統匯款簡訊。請務必於兩日內按照訂房系統自動回覆簡訊之「帳號」及「訂金金額」，完成訂金的匯款或轉帳並來電通知管家，才算完成訂房手續。

 5-2. 特別注意

a. 金額與帳號需完全與簡訊相同，否則轉帳將不會成功。
b. 逾期視同取消訂房，恕不另行通知，感謝您的體諒！

 6. 新增付款服務

為了提供更方便的付款服務，有熊的森林即日起提供現場刷卡服務囉！

*The maximum number of rooms that can be reserved through the online booking is 3. To book more than 3 rooms, please contact the Villa at 03-8651598.

*After a reservation is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to your cell phone number. Please make sure you remit your deposit to the nominated account before the validity. Reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not made.

*To be effective any reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the reserved stay (50% of the total amount of the reserved stay is needed if booking more than 1 room).

*Credit payment is available upon request.

換房須知

更換房型及日期，須在離住房日 10 日之前完成更換，以 2 次為限。

*If change a booking is needed, it has to be complete 10 days prior to arrival date.

退房須知

1.

離住房日 0 天至 0 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 0 %。

2.

離住房日 1 天至 1 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 20 %。

3.

離住房日 2 天至 3 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 30 %。

4.

離住房日 4 天至 6 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 40 %。

5.

離住房日 7 天至 9 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 50 %。

6.

離住房日 10 天至 13 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 70 %。

7.

離住房日 14 天至 200 天之間，退還已付訂金比例之 100 %。

8.

如於預訂住宿當日，遇颱風、地震等不可抗拒因素時，以花蓮縣政府所頒布之停班狀況為判定準則，可退還全額訂金或保留訂金一次，以半年為期限。

c) If the guests failed to show-up on the arrival date or cancellation of room reservation is done 13 days prior to the arrival date, a standard cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

1. If earthquakes, typhoons or other circumstances beyond the Villa’s reasonable control take place on the arrival date, the Villa will either refund the deposit or have your permission to keep the deposit for your next stay.
